About the Company:
Our client is a leader in the travel & tourism sector that specialise in trips to incredible destinations. They pride themselves in delivering exceptional service and unforgettable experiences to all customers. They are now on the hunt for an experienced Customer Care Consultant to join their team.
As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be the heart of the sales and customer service operations. You will be the face and voice of the brand assisting customers with booking inquiries and ensuring their journeys are well organised and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
· Efficiently and accurately handling phone, email, and online inquiries.
· Work closely with trade partners to manage itineraries, bookings, invoices, and receipts.
· Maintaining booking notes
· Upselling and cross-selling to maximise sales opportunities
· Represent the company on occasion at trade events and supporting outside sales teams
About You
· 2 + years of experience in the travel industry is desirable
· Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
· A self-starter with the ability to show initiative and work autonomously
· A confident user of the MS Suite &ability to pick up other systems and process
