Key Responsibilities:

• Processing orders and credit notes
• Answering customer queries
• Providing cost pricing for customer quotes
• Contributing to business growth and actively participating in team activities
• Achieving and exceeding sales budgets to your assigned customer base
• Building relationships with key customers
• Providing guidance and support to the team

You will have:

• Background in Customer Support or sales support/coordinator positions or similar
• Knowledge and interest in Construction or building industry
• Great phone manner
