My client is a well-known player who cater insurance needsnationwide. They are seeking an experienced domestic broker to come and jointheir team. Currently they are in a growth mode within the domestic space, thisrole would be joining a small team with the goal to expand the team over time.They offer flexibility with working hours, ongoing training and careerprogression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored insurance solutions across the domestic sector.
- Offer expert advice on a wide range of insurance products.
- Achieve and exceed KPI targets through proactive client outreach and effective sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulatory changes to provide the best possible advice to clients.
- Working with a support to make sure all documents are processed accordingly.
About You:
- At least 2+ years of experience in a Domestic Broker position.
- New Zealand experience is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record in sales, with the ability to close deals and build client relationships.
- Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and stay motivated to achieve targets.
- Level 5 certificate required in general insurance strand.
