We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support a dynamic executive team in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary role with the opportunity to go permanent, offering part time hours and an immediate start for the right candidate.
About the Role:
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
· Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
· Acting as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
· Handling confidential information with discretion
· Assisting with project coordination and administrative tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role
· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools
· Ability to work independently and problem-solve under pressure
