Step into a Health & Safety Manager role and lead the development and implementation of health and safety strategies. Your role will be critical in promoting a culture of safety, mitigating risks, reducing injuries and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Create and uphold company health & safety policies and procedures.

·        Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement effective corrective measures.

·        Foster a proactive safety culture by providing training and actively involving employees at all levels.

·        Create strong relationships internally to enhance safety outcomes.

·        Analyse health and safety data for performance reports and monitor progress toward health and safety goals.

About You:

·        Proven experience in a similar health & safety role.

·        Experience with risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.

·        Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

·        Proven ability to create and execute effective safety initiatives.

·        Strong organisational and leadership skills.
