Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career? Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Finance Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills while managing a small team in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and motivate a small finance team, ensuring collaboration and high performance.
· Support the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
· Assist in managing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
· Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, driving process efficiency.
· Contribute to the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
· Ensure compliance with tax regulations and audit requirements.
· Provide financial insights and reports to senior management to support strategic decisions.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance team.
What We’re Looking For:
· A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Proven experience in a finance role with some leadership or team supervision exposure.
· Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting standards.
· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
