As a Junior Sales Representative, you’ll:
· Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
· Manage and grow internal sales accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Be part of a supportive team where your ideas and contributions are valued.
· Efficiently handle and process customer orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
· Cultivate sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication, going the extra mile to engage with them.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
· Experience in internal sales or a similar customer-focused role.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· A positive, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (preferred but not essential).
