As the Service Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the estimation process for HVAC maintenance and repair, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and competitive bids for HVAC repair and maintenance projects, including cost estimation, material take-offs, labour allocation, and subcontractor pricing.
• Liaising with technicians to gather relevant information, assess project complexities, and identify potential risks or opportunities that may impact cost estimates.
• Reporting Directly to the Service Manager, as well as organising labour for repairs alongside the Service Co-ordinator.
• Utilize industry-standard estimation software and tools to perform detailed calculations, generate cost breakdowns, and create professional bid documents.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and technological advancements in HVAC systems to inform estimation strategies and maintain competitiveness.
• Strong Experience in quotation, HVAC or as a Service Technician

Experience:

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, materials, and installation method
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and design plans.
