As the Technical Solutions team leader you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of highly skilled internal salespeople focused on delivering top-notch solutions to clients. You will drive excellence in customer support, technical problem-solving, and ensure the successful implementation of engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the internal sales department.
• Manage the workload of technical solution specialists.
• Train and conduct peer reviews for employees.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support the field sales team to maximise sales potential.
• Receive and process incoming customer orders.
• Prepare estimates and quotes for clients.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, with at least 2 years in leadership or team management.
• Experience in engineering sales or sales team management.
• A demonstrated ability to develop and engage team members to achieve high performance.
• A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• The ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A genuine team-oriented approach, with professionalism, proactivity, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to both internal and external clients.
