My clients are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Managers to join their teams on a full-time permanent basis.

In this key role, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and safe management of inventory, shipping, receiving, and order fulfilment.  

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, experience in supply chain management, and a deep understanding of warehouse processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, improve productivity, and maintain high standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution.

·        Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff.

·        Optimise inventory management and order fulfilment processes.

·        Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices.

·        Analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

About you:

·        Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a 3PL environment.

·        Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics.

·        Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
